Fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher: The kitchenette in the unit was so well-equipped, it made me feel like a master chef. I whipped up delicious meals effortlessly, thanks to the convenience of having a dishwasher to clean up the mess afterwards. It was like having my own personal sous-chef!

Confusing parking place.

It has amazing setting close enough to Suria KLCC, sightseeing locations, and airport and a shopping mall. Staff is always polite and friendly.

Pls, do something with bad smell.

Clean, very good place so close to other restaurants and bars, cafe and Kuala Lumpur. Good value, recommend.

I absolutely loved the decor of Ascott Star KLCC. The hotel had a modern and stylish ambiance, which made me feel right at home. The communal areas were beautifully designed and well-maintained. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, including the well-lit hallways and spacious elevators.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could provide more assistance with luggage.

The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline, especially at night. The modern and spacious apartment was well-equipped and maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The friendly and accommodating staff made our experience even better.

The breakfast served in our room was not up to par. It lacked taste and freshness, and we ended up not ordering it after the first day.

The extra charges for babysitting services, business center services, daily breakfast, laundry, and dry cleaning services were just the icing on the cake. Such a steal!

Magnificent views of garden, new and clean apartment. The attentive staff made our stay an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience during at night. Best possible location - very close to a major shopping center. It's nestled in new building.

I absolutely loved the location of Ascott Star. It was convenient for all my needs, with grocery stores, shopping malls, and shops within walking distance. The views of the Petronas Towers were also a major highlight for me. The decorations in the hotel were modern and stylish, adding to the overall ambiance.

The amenities in the hotel were great as well. Although I didn't have a chance to use them, the gym and pool were known to be well-maintained and provided fantastic views.

Conveniently located in the city center with stunning views of iconic towers. Enjoyed two pools, including a large one on the 6th floor. Friendly staff provided great WiFi and spacious apartments with two rooms and bathrooms. Delicious breakfast delivered. Excellent value - highly recommend.

Love every inch. For someone who rarely checks into expensive hotels, I would say it was totally worth it. Our room was cozy and had a beautiful view of KLCC. The swimming pools were great, and the hotel's location was so convenient, just a short walk to Avenue K.

We had a fantastic stay at Ascott! The location was excellent, just a short walk to Petronas Twin Towers, restaurants, shopping malls, and local transportation. The property was very well maintained and managed, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The amenities in the room were perfect, including a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer. It truly felt like a home away from home. And let's not forget about the rooftop swimming pools, especially the one with the incredible view. we were very impressed with Ascott.
